HOW DO I REPORT AN ISSUE WITH MY SERVICE OR BOX?

We will respond to all emails in the order they are received and within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday).
WHEN DOES MY BOX SHIP?
Culture Chest ships once per month on between 3rd and 6th of each month. Once your box ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or you can check your account.
I PAID WHEN I FIRST SIGNED UP BUT WAS CHARGED AGAIN ON THE 15TH, WHY IS THIS?
Culture Chest is billed in advance of shipping which means you pay for your very first box on the date you first order, and then again on
the 15th of each month thereafter. We ship the boxes on the between the 3rd to 6th of each month.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. HOW DO I DO THAT?
To cancel your subscription, send your name, email address, and order # to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will cancel your subscription .
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?
At this time the monthly Culture Chest does not ship internationally. We do hope to expand in the future.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do not accept returns, but you are welcome to email us at email@example.com to share your concerns.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY SHIPPING/BILLING ADDRESS?
You can log into your account area and update your shipping or billing address. Also send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your new address. We will send you a confirmation email once your
address is updated. You must tell us of your address change before the last day the month to ensure that your Culture Chest goes to the correct address.
MY PAYMENT INFORMATION HAS CHANGED, HOW DO I UPDATE IT?
You may update your payment information by logging into your account.
I CHANGED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONLINE VIA MY ACCOUNT BUT MY BOX STILL SHIPPED TO MY PRIOR ADDRESS
Oh No! In addition to updating this within your account, you must send us an email at email@example.com informing us of the change. We will then send you a confirmation email once your address is updated in our system.
I SIGNED UP FOR A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. DO I NEED TO SIGN UP EACH MONTH DURING YOUR OPENING?
Once you’re in, you’re IN until you cancel. You will be billed monthly on the 15th of each month.
WILL I BE ABLE TO CUSTOMISE MY CULTURE CHEST PRODUCTS EACH MONTH?
We don’t customise Culture Chest at the time, but based on what our customers tell us, we think you’ll love what we pick.
